Relentless Dedication to Strong Industry Collaborations and Transformations in Life Science Training
Springer Healthcare Training and BeiGene partnered to develop a chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) patient journey for their commercial team. “CLL Patient Journeys,” is a four-part interactive eLearning that leverages a balanced blend of dramatic storytelling interwoven with clinical insights. The program is designed to provide learners with an understanding of CLL from patients and caregivers points of view. As well as, reinforcing foundational knowledge.
Consequently, the Springer Healthcare Training team focused on supporting the industry partnership with BeiGene through three key objectives: 1) building empathy by basing patient cases on real patients (i.e., not just checking a box for “patient journey”), 2) bringing clinical acumen to the patient and story details, and 3) aligning to both the foundational CLL curriculum and the tight timeline.
The interactive eLearning received overwhelmingly positive results from BeiGene’s commercial sales team, helping to deepen their knowledge around CLL. The program enshrines BeiGene’s core value of “Patients First” in the minds of their sales team. Training will guide their clinical conversations through providing a better understanding of the human CLL experience.
With an audience of over 800 industry professionals representing a wide array of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and diagnostics manufacturers. The annual event was lively, busy, and fun.
From a field of 34 entries and a finalist list of 8. Springer Healthcare Training, along with our friends and customer BeiGene, were selected by the awards committee as the WINNER of the Industry Partnership Award.
