A Look Back at 2020

By Mark Menichini, Director of Business Strategy

None of us could have predicted the extraordinary challenges we all faced in 2020.

I think back to early March 2020 and what was going through my head, What are they going to do with all the toilet paper?  There was a sense of panic in the neighborhood. I was thinking about what I needed to get in order to make sure my family would be safe.

Then I thought about our client that had an in-person launch planned for March 16th. Imagine, just days before the program, contacting everyone to cancel all arrangements and plan for an uncertain postponement.

Fortunately, these challenging times sparked timely innovation and we found new ways for the show to go on, delivering our first virtual launch on March 23rd with that same customer.

You probably had a similar experience with your colleagues.
